The Support Technician role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely, providing customer training, and ensuring effective communication and escalation of issues. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical hardware/software issues remotely Base-level training to our customers over the phone Perform remote software upgrades Research issues by reading logs and configuration files Log all help desk interactions into the ticketing system Redirect issues to correct resource Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Inform management of recurring problems Skills Problem Solving, Diagnostic, and Conflict Resolution Skills Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Troubleshooting and Configuring Windows and Linux Operating Systems Benefits Salary commensurate with education, experience, and skills Quarterly and Annual Bonus incentive based on operational performance.
