We are industry leaders in photography and motion production with clients ranging from emerging brands to established global leaders. JOB SUMMARY In house based consultant needed to develop and manage database for active photography studio. You are passionate about art and technology, and have a proven track record of managing or contributing to cataloging and documentation of imagery and secure transfer and assessment of digital assets. You have experience working in a client-facing setting, creating order, and implementing methods and systems to get things done. You are confident in your abilities to juggle and prioritize the interests and competing needs of multiple stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Cataloging of files + archival document materials • Digital photography • Media upload to CMS and/or digital storage • Inspection and cataloging of digital files • Communicating directly with clients (upon loss of files, etc.) • Tracking incoming acquisitions from previous client jobs • Keeping various project stakeholders (vendors, retouchers, clients) on track • Assisting with research projects as time allows QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Minimum 2 years experience working in an archival, digital preservation, or digitization setting.
