We are also on the radar of major industry analysts and global enterprise customers alike.At our core, we believe in empowering people to thrive and grow, whether that’s our clients or our team.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeEngage with business users and uncover automation and process improvement opportunitiesWorkshop, analyse and document business requirements related to ITSM processes, CMDB and configuration management.Thorough understanding of ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management and Event ManagementServiceNow workflow automation experience and solid technical understanding of the platform's automation capabilities and new product featuresEnsuring CMDB data integrity, governance, and compliance in alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model).Supporting integration of Config Management with core ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Asset Management.Designing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to monitor the health of the CMDB and other service metrics.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant / Functional / Technical Business Analyst.At least one prior role that involves extensive Configuration Management using ServiceNow CMDB.Certification in ServiceNow CSA or ITIL v4 (highly regarded).In-depth understanding of CMDB principles, IT infrastructure, and ITSM/ITOM processes.Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and ServiceNow platform configuration.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Originally posted on Himalayas Apply tot his job
