Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter- Data Center Operations

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: • Partner with hiring managers across key organizational functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close • Partner in developing a scaled hiring and sourcing plan for Data Center Operations and Construction teams • Optimize the utilization of technology and systems to increase interview efficiency • Provide best-in-class candidate experience and communication • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical candidates. • Build strong relationships with passive candidates, fostering talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to best practices and compliance. • Drive quality candidate engagement and recruiting strategies that balance time to fill and experience • Actively contribute to reporting and metrics associated with the candidate lifecycle • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements • Stay current on industry trends, new sourcing tools, conferences, and hiring legislation • Contribute to cross-functional projects that impact hiring and candidate attraction • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring enhancements, talent attraction strategies and programs Skills & Requirements Education / Experience • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred • Minimum of 7years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Data Center Industry; specifically hiring for Operations, Construction and Technical positions • Strong sourcing skills, leveraging niche technical communities to connect with top talent. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Data-driven, comfortable using recruiting metrics to assess success and refine your strategies. Specific Skills / Abilities • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail • Project and Program Management • Proficiency in ATS Systems (Dayforce preferred) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
