Design Collaboration: Work with the design team to help them create visually appealing elements for blogs, web communication, banner ads, and digital marketing collateral. Process Improvement: Document processes and utilize project management tools to enhance team efficiency. SEO Optimization: Ensure all content follows established SEO guidelines to improve search engine rankings. Editorial Calendar Management: Keep the editorial calendar updated, ensuring timely content publication. Peer Editing: Act as a peer editor for colleagues when needed, maintaining high-quality standards. Conversion-Focused Writing: Craft content that attracts and guides users through conversion. Requirements Technical Understanding: Ability to research and explain technical concepts in simple terms. Self-Starter: Comfortable creating comprehensive articles with minimal direction. Excellent Communicator: Ensure nothing slips through the cracks with clear and effective communication. Ask a lot of questions. Content Marketing Passion: Deep enthusiasm for content marketing. Experience: 3+ years of proven content writing experience, ideally in product-led/ SaaS, B2B/SMB space. Adaptability: Ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn industry trends.
