The role involves providing real-time support to customers through live chat and messaging platforms, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms. • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting steps. • Manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns quickly. • Maintain service standards, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. • Contribute to the improvement of FAQs, knowledge bases, and self-service resources. Skills • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling. • Fast and accurate typing skills. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with customers. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work day or night shifts. • Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or remote support preferred. Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communications, business, or IT is a plus.
