Responsibilities • Produce visually compelling graphics optimized for social media, paid advertising, websites, newsletters, and landing pages. • Develop on-brand creative concepts, design systems, and visual assets that support campaign strategy and performance goals. • Design static images, carousels, thumbnails, typography-driven pieces, and light motion graphics to enhance storytelling. • Adapt creative direction across multiple brands, ensuring consistency while tailoring style to each audience and project. • Collaborate with content teams (video, photo, copy, and strategy) to build cohesive campaigns and maintain asset quality. • Maintain organized project files, follow brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality work with reliable turnaround times. • Contribute input on visual trends, platform-specific best practices, and creative opportunities across our media network. Preferred Skills & Experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or similar design tools. • Strong understanding of social-first design and short-form content aesthetics. • Ability to create clean, modern layouts, strong typography, and conversion-focused ad creatives. • Experience working in fast-paced or multi-brand creative environments is a plus. • Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work.
