Remote Benefits Call Center Representative $17.00/hr Position will be 100% Remote Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST Production Schedule: Monday – Sunday 8am-7pm EST Some overtime may be required at peak times Plenty of growth opportunities! About the Benefits call center Representative role: As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Requirements We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous customer service and/or call center experience • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency • Excellent communication skills • Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding • Great problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively multi-task • High school diploma or GED • Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred • Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-7PM, Monday-Sunday • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies: • States: AK, CA, CT, HI, MA, IL, MT & NY Metro Areas: MN – Minneapolis, IL – Chicago, NY – New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC, CO – Denver, CO Below is what you’ll need to do to be considered for this position.
