Job Description Title: Product Operations Analyst, Ads Location: NY, SF, or LA USA - NY, SF, LA or Remote Our Team The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that powers the delivery of ads using our world class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that’s thoughtful of our member’s viewing experience and drive great outcomes for advertisers. Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that help us differentiate from the competition and become a market leader in record time. We are seeking a Product Operational Analyst to join our Advertising Product Operations team, with a primary focus on internal product support. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting questions and resolving issues from users and stakeholders across the ads organization. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for everyone interacting with our ads products. What you'll be doing Act as the first line of support for product-related questions and issues from users and internal teams within the ads organization. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical and operational problems with ads products, escalating as necessary. Support front-line teams in complex investigations to improve the experience on the platform. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product functionality and resolve issues efficiently. Manage inbound questions, assess and prioritize requests, and provide timely resolutions. Create clear documentation, insights, and reports on operational performance and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement. Maintain strong communication with global teammates, occasionally participating in meetings across different time zones. Contribute to process enhancements and the development of support tools to better serve the ads organization. We’re seeking a candidate who has: 3+ years of experience in a product support, technical support, solutions engineering, or related role, within the Ad Tech industry. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of issues. Experience using support and ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Jira. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of issues through to resolution. Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced scaling environment. Experience in the advertising technology industry is required. Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside of standard hours to accommodate global collaboration. This role supports global teams with preferred working hours during Pacific business hours.
