Paralegal - Family Law - Florida (Remote Based in Miami, Tampa, West Palm Beach) - Contract - Genesis Global Recruiting - Florida - work from home job Company: Genesis Global Recruiting Job description: Our client, a prominent Law Firm focused exclusively on Family Law, is looking for a remote-based Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our Maitland office. Applicants must reside in the State of Florida. Compensation based on experience. Prior Family Law experience is preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Organize, and maintain client and office files. • Communicate effectively with clients (via in-person, Zoom, phone or email). • Prepare legal documents. • Prepare and draft correspondence and other case administration documents as needed, at the direction of the attorney. • Coordinate, schedule and docket, calendar meetings, calls and client tasks. • E-file documents with the Clerk of Court. • Calendar deadlines.
