Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and basic diagnostic tests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Stay current with advancements and changes in healthcare practices and technology. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and interactions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure appropriate utilization of services and cost-effective care. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients and colleagues.
