Job Summary Our organization is seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapists with a Master’s degree and licensure as an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Applicant must have master’s degree, and LCPC or LCSW in Kansas. Main Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake sessions to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational therapy, behavioral therapy, etc. • Provide behavioral health counseling for diverse client needs including addiction issues, and trauma using evidence-based approaches like CPT or other trauma-informed therapies. • Provide crisis intervention and crisis management support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and case managers, to coordinate patient care. • Maintain accurate medical records, document sessions in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications: • Master’s degree required • LCPC or LCSW: currently active or willing to get Kansas license • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency with EMR, EHR systems • Commitment to provide patient-centered and compassionate care Working with us: • Work with compassionate, physicians-owned organization. • Work with underserved populations. • Supportive and collaborative environment.
