What do we offer Lead Senior Registered Behavior Technicians? • Great Benefits! • Competitive and consistent pay • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • 10 Paid Holidays + 11 PTO Days in year 1 • Full-Time Mon-Friday set schedule - NO weekends or late nights (Flexible Part-Time schedules also available!) • Center-based services with BCBA’s onsite to support their teams • Guaranteed weekly hours regardless of client cancellation • Clinical support from experienced clinicians and collaboration. • Supervision for RBTs and master level students in pursuit of acquiring their BCBA. • Hands on initial and ongoing, client specific, training • Voluntary Benefits – Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability coverage, Accident and Critical Illness Coverage What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners: The Lead RBT plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the center-based program and will present a high-level of quality and excellence with regards to ACP’s clinical and operational standards • Provide direct care coverage or find coverage for sessions if staff unavailable. • Covering sessions when needed is the priority. • Assist with training new staff • Contact new direct service workers to set up trainings and client sessions with BCBA • Scheduling for staff and clients • Be present and available in the center • Complete electronic health record (EHR) billing and verifications within 24 hours of events • Monitor proper completion of electronic health record (EHR) billing and verifications by staff • Scheduled weekly consults with BCBAs • Attend regular team meetings • Track and ensure all therapists have received appropriate safety care training. • Create program materials • Submit center ordering requests • Submit center maintenance requests • Ensure center appearance remains neat and professional • Additional tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Credential: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or RBT eligible • Supervise Staff? No Physical Demands • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. • Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children. • Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicted in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior. Additional Requirements • No prior criminal history • Ability to utilize technology • Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows • Ability to operate basic office equipment • Must be at least 18 years of age Who are we?
