The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

? Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
? Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products and services.
? Data Entry: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, company... policies, and procedures to offer accurate guidance to customers.
? Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
? Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
