Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their life insurance and investment needs ? Customize insurance plans to suit individual client needs ? Commit to training, licensing and attendance of mentorship meetings

The desired candidate would possess the following skills:
? You're a self-starter capable of thriving on a team
? Strong communication skills, both written and oral
? Entrepreneurial Mindset
? Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
? Strong leadership and decision-making skills
? Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
? Experience in sales, marketing and business are preferred but not required

Requirements: ? Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL requirement) ? Must pass a STATE background check (No Felonies) ? Accountable & Disciplined ? Trustworthy & Honest ? Must live within the United States & be authorized to work in the U.S
