What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Work with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors to ensure insurance coverage
? Verify patients' insurance coverage and perform benefit investigations
? Assist with the appeal management process for claim denials
? Maintain exceptional communication and phone etiquette while interacting with clients
? Ensure compliance with all medical insurance procedures and policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills
? Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
? High-speed internet access and the ability to work from home
? Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm

? Previous experience working in a remote environment
? Knowledge of medical insurance processes and regulations
? Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Familiarity with medical billing software
