• Participate in paid focus group studies and market research assignments
• Complete written and oral instructions as part of the discussion
• Fill out a written survey for each panel you participate in
• Use provided products and services and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
• Arrive at least 10 minutes early for discussion sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must possess a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• Willingness to fully participate in discussions on various topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in focus groups or market research is a plus
• Familiarity with product testing and providing feedback
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
