Job Description

Key Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.

? Maintain a high level of knowledge about Amazon?s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
? Document and update customer records accurately in the system.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient customer service.

Requirements
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
? Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with technology.
? High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
? Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Educational Qualifications
? High School Diploma or equivalent.
