What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Support all aspects of quoting, ordering, and delivering directly sourced products from overseas manufacturers
• Develop new suppliers and monitor existing relationships across multiple product categories
• Educate overseas agents and suppliers about industry knowledge, client expectations, and product trends
• Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers, negotiating costs and delivery schedules
• Set up product SKUs and create purchase orders

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in customer service, sales, and project management
• Capacity to offer superior customer experiences across multiple global entities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel domestically and internationally
• Strategic business sense with mathematical aptitude

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with promotional products and overseas sourcing within the ad specialty industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
