? Accurately typing and inputting various forms of data into computer systems
? Operating and monitoring computer equipment and processes to ensure efficient functioning
? Maintaining and updating records and databases
? Performing routine data backups and recovery procedures
? Troubleshooting and resolving minor software and hardware issues
? Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations
? Following standard operating procedures and company policies to ensure compliance and security

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent qualification
? Proven experience as a typist or computer operator
? Proficient in typing with a high degree of accuracy
? Strong familiarity with computer systems and software
? Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Ability to troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues
? Good written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
? Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively
