Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Consultants to join our team in Washington State. As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the frontline of our customer support team, helping to resolve their issues and providing information about our products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Providing information about products and services to customers.
- Processing orders, forms, and requests.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
