What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
? Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input into systems
? Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
? Review and educate members on available services and their insurance coverage
? Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
? 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
? Strong organizational skills, written, and verbal communication skills
? Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently under general supervision

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a customer service position, particularly in a contact center environment
? Familiarity with healthcare services or transportation logistics
? Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to work overtime as required
? Experience with remote work setups and requirements
