Customer Support Specialist

Role: Customer Support SpecialistResponsibilities: ? Communicate effectively with customers via inbound phone calls and emails ? Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through several technological platforms, including a ticketing system... ? Effectively navigate diverse customer inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer serviceMaintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times ? Navigate and resolve complex customer inquiries through Freshdesk ticketing system in a fast paced environment ? Effectively extinguish customer complaints by consistently following our Standard Operating Procedures ? Cover Monday-Friday shifts that rotate between 7:30am-3:30pm CST and 10am-6pm CST

Experience:
? 2-3 years of Previous experience in IT/technical support is preferred
? 1-2 years of General Customer Support and inbound call experience is preferred
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to quickly analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
? Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams to describe complex situations
? Familiarity with utilizing ticketing systems
