What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and concerns
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues when necessary
• Escalate interactions appropriately based on customer needs
• Track and document all customer interactions for auditing and reporting
• Provide feedback on call-related issues and upsell when required

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving abilities
