Key Responsibilities
? Develop, implement, and oversee Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans to support students' learning goals.
? Provide personalized online interventions and support for students with learning differences.
? Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curricula and ensure inclusive education.
? Conduct virtual assessments and track student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
? Communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
? Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in online special education.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Special Education; a Master?s degree is preferred.
? Valid teaching credential with special education authorization.
? At least 2 years of experience in special education.
? Experience with online learning platforms and assistive technology.
? Strong time management and organizational skills.
? A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
? Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team.
