Remote Customer Service Representative

Must haves:
? Must have a computer to use that is connected via ethernet access (no Wifi allowed)
? At least 1 year of experiance in call center environment...

• Must be able to work any hours assigned between 7am -11pm (40 hours each week including weekends)
? No schedule time off in the first 90 days

Job Details:
? High School Diploma/GED
? Experience with Inbound and Outbound calls
? Experience assisting with elderly care calls highly desired
? Training Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM (first 4 weeks)
? No time off is allowed within the first 90 days of the position
? High Speed Internet- Ethernet Connection
? Ability to pass pre-employment background requirements
? Equipment will be provided for applicants after training
