Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities
? Enter and manage legal data in case management software with high accuracy.
? Organize and... maintain electronic and physical case files.
? Assist in the preparation of legal documents by gathering necessary information.
? Review and verify the completeness of data entries and documentation.
? Support attorneys and legal staff by providing timely access to case-related information.
? Perform basic legal research as needed to support case preparation.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; further education in legal studies is a plus.
? Experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a legal environment.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
? Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
