What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Demonstrate commitment to the employer's mission, values, and vision
? Independently screen, qualify, and select candidates for various client needs
? Maintain internal databases to accurately capture candidate and sourcing information
? Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
? Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities and manage employee concerns during assignments

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work individually with little supervision and in a team environment
? Must be able to travel during strike events

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Understanding of the healthcare industry and active affiliation with healthcare organizations
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a Salesforce CRM
? Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
? Strong organizational skills
