What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
• Follow written and oral instructions during discussions
• Complete written surveys provided for each panel
• Use products and/or services as needed and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several focus group topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Call center representative agent experience is not necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Prior experience participating in focus groups or market research studies
