Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. ? Proven experience in a customer service or support role. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Excellent problem-solving abilities. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. ? Proficiency with computers and familiarity with customer service software and tools. ? Reside in Alabama.
