Word Processor (Data Entry) - Hiring Immediately

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR Agent to join our dynamic team at CoHo Services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities...
? Code and input invoices
? Prepare weekly/monthly check runs
? Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
? Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable billing functions
? Reimburse petty cash
? File paid invoices
? Maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications: ? Minimum 2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office software ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ? Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities ? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal ? Capability to work independently and collaboratively ? Adept at managing pressure and meeting deadlines

Preferred:
? Experience in Hospitality
? Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in previous roles

Physical Requirements:

6-8 hours: Sitting
