Responsibilities
? This position is for a cruise line you will be assisting customer with questions about an upcoming cruise and bookings vacations.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Utilize a variety of communication channels to engage with customers, including phone, email, and in-person.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide accurate and helpful product information to customers.
• Enter customer data into our database.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve... complex customer issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert-level customer support.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay up-to-date with new product releases and features to provide the best possible support to customers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak other languages.
• Experience in a customer-facing role or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Knowledge of customer support software and tools.
• Experience with data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
• Familiarity with the principles of sales and customer service.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
