Connect with Gig Workers: Keep gig workers informed about available shifts and opportunities in real-time through various communication channels.

Provide Support: Address queries and offer comprehensive support via email, chat, and phone.

Manage Records: Maintain accurate records, including contact information, availability, and preferences of gig workers.

Coordinate Scheduling: Oversee shift scheduling, make necessary adjustments, and ensure efficient use of gig workers.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist with data entry.

Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and streamline processes.

Improve Experience: Contribute feedback and insights to enhance the gig worker experience.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, ideally in staffing or recruiting.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
