What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
? Navigate a Windows-based and web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules
? Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes when necessary
? Use listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
? Maintain customer database with accurate information, including call details and payment records

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent required
? Valid driver?s license with a good driving record
? Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
? Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
? Customer service experience preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in customer service or related field
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work independently in the field
? Willingness to work in various weather conditions
? Familiarity with pest management or similar industries
