Remote Inside Sales Agent

Shifts are Evenings and Weekends....

Responsibilities: ? Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency ? Resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and accuracy ? Provide product information and assistance to customers ? Maintain customer records and update information in the database ? Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries ? Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals ? Work nights and weekends ? Monday - Friday 5-10pm ? Sat and Sunday 8:30-2pm and 2-10pm.

Qualifications: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently ? Previous customer service experience preferred ? Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
