Job Requirements
? **Educational Background:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field specializing in teaching students with special needs
? **Certification:** Valid Special Education teaching certification
? **Experience:** A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required
? **Preferred Skills:** Experience with virtual teaching is an advantage

Additional Requirements
? Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
? Ability to successfully complete a basic tech screening prior to the interview
? Required to obtain professional liability insurance
