What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Coordinate the routing and rating of air/ocean freight, including providing quotes and handling pick-ups and deliveries
• Prepare necessary documents for the import or export of shipments, including customs documentation
• Complete import arrangements for customers, including bookings and transportation coordination
• Build relationships with vendors and resolve customer concerns and billing issues
• Collaborate with the Accounting Department to complete accounting functions and resolve discrepancies

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or customer service role
• Familiarity with customs regulations and freight documentation
• Experience with vendor negotiations and relationship management
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
