Key Responsibilities
? Record and process daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
? Maintain and update the general ledger, day books, supplier's ledger, and customer ledger.
? Prepare financial reports and bring the books to the trial balance stage.
? Handle accounts receivable and payable, and manage payroll efficiently.
? Prepare and file financial documents, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
? Reconcile company accounts to verify accuracy and completeness.
? Assist with tax payments and returns, and support tax document preparation.
? Monitor cash flow and generate financial reports to aid in informed decision-making.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in bookkeeping with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
? Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or FreshBooks.
? Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
? Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
? A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred, but not required.
