Key Responsibilities: ? Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat. ? Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with accuracy and empathy. ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible customer experience. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon's products, services, and policies. ? Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications: ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. ? Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications. ? Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting. ? Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping. ? High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
