Contact Center Representative (Remote)
Receives phone calls from clients and/or claimants regarding the company's policies. Analyzes, resolves, and channels service requests and guidance related to the following business and personal services, Claims, among others. Participates in tasks and special assignments as requested.
Education and/or Experience:
? High School Diploma and one (1) year of experience in Customer Service.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, service, and public management.
? Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others.
? Skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
? Fast typing and computer system management.
? Ability to analyze information, evaluate cases, and make accurate decisions.
? Availability to work rotating schedules.
Essential Responsibilities: ? Handles phone calls received from customers of the different companies of the Company Group. ? Generates calls to customers to inform about the status of pending situations. ? Channels cancellations or requested... in the relevant systems. ? Contracts for any of the companies that make up the Corporate Group. ? Prepares payment letters to clients, agencies, and banks. ? Receives and attends calls from clients to make electronic payments. ? Executes financing contracts as required by the client/agency. ? Receives and attends phone calls to guide the client about the claim process. ? Provides information, via telephone, about the status of claims through various computerized systems and documents the management in the systems, as appropriate. ? Checks contracts and records claims in the corresponding systems. ? Offers status of claims to clients and refers them to the Claims Department. ? Consults and channels complex cases to ensure their prompt resolution. ? Refers special requests to the Back Office Department. ? Participates in tasks and/or special projects as requested.
