What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to patients daily
• Verify patient information in the computer software to ensure accuracy
• Educate patients on customized compound medication processes and payment options
• Collaborate with team members to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain a positive attitude while enhancing the patient experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Experience in customer service or transactional sales
• Ability to proactively reach out to customers and handle inquiries
• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics, including customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in navigating multiple web-based platforms, including Google Suite and Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is not required but can be beneficial
