Clinical Recruiter (Remote, Part-time)

About the Position

This role will focus on high-volume recruitment of advanced practice clinicians (NPs, PAs, and etc) and therapists. This role requires outstanding communication skills and speedy execution in connecting & screening candidates of high volume.

Key Responsibilities: ? Screen, interview, and evaluate a high volume of candidates, focusing on clinical roles like NPs, PAs, and mental health therapists. ? Cultivate and maintain relationships with advanced practice clinicians, catering to both active and passive job seekers. ? Qualifications: ? (Required) Experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment. ? (Required) Strong understanding of practice conditions, qualifications and roles of advanced practice clinicians and mental health therapists. ? (Required) Excellent communication and writing abilities. ? (Required) Proficiency in modern recruitment technologies and systems.

Compensation, Benefits, and Arrangements
? Salary & Bonus: $35/hr to $45+/hr, negotiable.
? Location: Entirely remote within the US.
? Job Type: Part-time, with flexibility for contract roles.
