Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:
? Completing entry-level professional duties specific to the assigned area of the Bank.
? Ensuring activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
? Understanding and adhering to the Company?s risk and regulatory standards.
? Designing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing internal controls to mitigate risk.
? Maintaining M&T internal control standards and addressing audit points.
? Completing other related duties as assigned.

About You:

Candidates should have:
? Currently pursuing a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree.
? Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Demonstrated computer skills.
? Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
? Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
? Work Visa Sponsorship not offered for this role.

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00 per hour. Benefits include medical and retirement plans, and forty hours of paid volunteer time annually.

Training & Development:

Interns will participate in projects and department initiatives, gain exposure to other departments through guest speakers and industry leaders, and have a built-in network with peers.
