Telesales Web Chat Operator: Engage customers through dynamic online conversations, providing product insights and solutions. Drive sales by understanding client needs, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Maintain a friendly, professional tone while swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and achieve sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver exceptional support. Foster positive customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.

What you will be doing:Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses? websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length:No fixed term.

Rate:$35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week:10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
