Remote Sales Agent

This is a full-time REMOTE, position.

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and goal driven individuals to join our Inside Sales team. We focus on promoting our brand utilizing a blend of sales strategies that will ensure a positive experience and provide a high level of customer service.

Sales representatives will be responsible to follow-up with pre-qualified leads generated daily from our outside lead generation team, radio advertising, referrals, social media, and website. There's no 'cold calling'. All leads are pre-generated. On-going training and coaching will help you reach a high level of success and earnings.

Qualifications/Requirements: ? Represent Weed Man with honesty and integrity in all daily activities ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to work in goal driven environment ? Ability to be coached ? Customer service and/or sales experience is an asset but not required

Required education:
? High school or equivalent

Hours: 10- 2 & 4-8 Monday- Thursday, 10-2 Friday, 10- 2 Saturday

Required experience:
? Sales experience preferred but not a must.
