Responsibilities: ? Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat. ? Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. ? Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care. ? Offer product recommendations based on customer needs. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewy?s products, policies, and services. ? Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with Chewy.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred). ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy. ? Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
