Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Personal Assistant to the CEO & VP of Sales at Kindred Pest Control. This position offers a competitive rate of $15 per hour and requires working 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities
? Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
? Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
? Handle requests and queries appropriately
? Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
? Make travel arrangements
? Take dictation and minutes
? Source office supplies
? Produce reports, presentations and briefs
? Devise and maintain office filing system
? Oversee basic office maintenance tasks including cleaning, and other office needs

Requirements and skills
? Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
? Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
? MS Office and English proficiency
? Outstanding organizational and time management skills
? Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
? Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Discretion and confidentiality
? High School degree
? PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
