Job Overview:
? Provide virtual special education services to K-12 students with diverse learning needs.
? Deliver one-on-one or small group instruction in an online environment.
? Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
? Develop engaging, tailored lesson plans for students with various disabilities (e.g., autism, learning disabilities).
? Use virtual platforms and digital tools to enhance learning and engagement.
? Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success.
? Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback.
? Maintain accurate records of student progress, goals, and communications.
? Attend virtual IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress.

Qualifications: ? Valid Special Education certification in the state of residence. ? 2+ years of experience working with students with disabilities. ? Experience in virtual learning environments preferred. ? Proficient in using online learning tools and technology. ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to work independently in a remote setting. ? Knowledgeable in IEP development and implementation.
