Job Description:

Gravia Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, preferably within the e-learning industry.

This is a permanent, remote position requiring immediate availability.

Candidates must have their own laptop and reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

? Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and collaboration with the marketing department.

? Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

? Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

? Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

? Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

? Feedback Implementation: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to implement necessary changes to improve offerings.

Qualifications:

? Graduate in any field.

? 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-learning sector.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

? Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
