Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Reservation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their travel reservations, coordinate with various vendors, and ensure a smooth booking process. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and exciting travel perks.

Key Responsibilities: ? Assist clients with making travel reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services ? Coordinate with various vendors to secure bookings and confirm reservations ? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner ? Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications ? Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends and vendor offerings to provide clients with the best options ? Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery

Qualifications: ? Must be at least 18 years old ? Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ? Proficiency in using reservation systems and software (training will be provided) ? Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not required
